Our Warranty — What's Covered, What's Not, and What Happens If Something Goes Wrong

We build furniture for professionals who use it every day. That means it needs to hold up — not for a few months, but for years of daily, full-time use. Every Plush + Oak bed is backed by a structural warranty because we're confident in what we build.

Here's exactly what's covered, what's not, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Static Salon Beds — 5-Year Warranty Applies to: The Edda Cloud, The Brynn, The Charlie

Your warranty covers:

— Frame and structural integrity — Internal tensile webbed suspension system — Stitching and seams — Upholstery craftsmanship defects

For five years from the date of delivery. These beds have no motors, no electronics, and no moving mechanical parts — which means there's less that can go wrong. The suspension system is engineered to maintain its support through thousands of sessions without degradation. We warranty it because we built it to last well beyond the warranty period.

Adjustable Salon Beds — 2-Year Warranty Applies to: The Oxford, The Oxford PMU, The Vera 360, The Vera LOFT

Your warranty covers:

— Frame and structural integrity — Stitching and seams — Upholstery craftsmanship defects — Motors and electric components (Oxford) — Hydraulic mechanism (Vera 360, Vera LOFT)

For two years from the date of delivery. Adjustable beds include mechanical components — motors, hydraulics, and positioning mechanisms — that are subject to different wear patterns than static frames. Two years of full professional use is a rigorous standard, and we stand behind it.

What's Not Covered

— Spills, stains, and liquid damage — Tears, cuts, or punctures from external sources — Burns or chemical damage — Normal wear from daily use (minor surface patina, softening of foam over time) — Damage resulting from misuse, modification, or improper assembly — Damage caused during self-arranged shipping or moving

This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship — not incidental damage from the working environment. For upholstery care and maintenance guidance, see our Care Instructions page.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong

If a covered issue arises, here's the process:

  1. Contact us. Email or call our team with a description of the issue and photos. We respond within one business day.
  2. We assess and decide the fastest fix. Depending on the issue, we'll do one of three things:

Local repair. We arrange and cover the cost of a qualified local repair professional to fix the issue at your location. This is the fastest option and the one we use most often.

Ship back for repair. If a local repair isn't feasible, we'll arrange return shipping to our facility. We repair the bed and ship it back to you. Shipping costs for warranty repairs are covered by Plush + Oak.

Replacement. If the issue cannot be repaired, we send a replacement product.

The method of resolution is at Plush + Oak's discretion. Our goal is to get you back to working with the least disruption possible.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email info@plushandoak.com with: — Your order number — Photos of the issue — A brief description of what happened

We'll be back to you within one business day with a plan.

One More Thing

We don't build disposable furniture. Every bed is made to order, by hand, with materials and construction methods chosen for longevity. The warranty exists because occasionally things go wrong — but the engineering exists to make sure they rarely do.

That's the standard. No caveats.
